Craig Housenick was born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of Susquehanna University. He discovered theater in high school but made it his passion after performing in a local production of A Few Good Men, which ultimately sidelined his medical school ambitions (that and Organic Chemistry II his sophomore year of college). Since then Craig has worked many roles in the performing arts but has found his most eloquent expression in lighting. Starting in theater and dance and segueing into television Craig is most passionate about music-based shows and has earned a total of six Emmy nominations and three wins for his work on The Voice as a lighting director. Craig is also the lighting designer for the Jabbawockeez dance crew in Las Vegas and their show Timeless at the MGM Grand.
